ArtRage lets you add as many layers as you want, use stencils and rulers and trace real images.

The Metallic Paint option is great fun to work with and right away gives all your colors and shiny, smooth feel.

The really frustrating thing with this version of ArtRage is that many features, such as some tools, stencils, or adding layers, are not available. If you really want to fully use ArtRage, you'll have to buy the full version.
