I enjoyed it very much but it is a bit time consuming for someone looking for quick results. Good art takes patience.

Best:

Lots of tools
Ease of color selection with an automated option
Available layers to make complex pictures simple

Worst:

Not enough stencils for me
Frames and backgrounds could be more usable
Drawing smooth lines was somewhat tedious
